PROJECT GOALS

To provide an interaction that entrains the breath rate to the most effective number of breaths per minute.

The disks each featured a spinning hand indicating when to inhale and when to exhale. One disk spun at 7 breaths per minute, the other was much faster. More info on this project coming soon!
